How to Reset Your Password Using the "Forgot Password?" Feature

If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset  it securely:

Step 1: Click on 'Forgot Password?'

• On the login page, locate and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
• You will be redirected to the password reset page.

Step 2: Enter your registered email

• Input the email address associated with the account.
• Click the button to submit. 

Step 3: Check your email for a reset link

• A password reset link will be sent to your registered email.
• Open the email and click on the reset link on the password reset page.

Step 4: Create a new password

• Enter a strong new password that meets security requirements.
• Confirm the new password by re-entering it.
• Click "Reset Password" to save your new password.

Step 5: Log in with your new password

• Return to the login page
• Enter your email and the new password.
• Click "login" to access your account
