How to Edit Returned, Damaged, or Missing Products

Navigating to the edit returned, damaged, or missing product's page

  • Locate Returns/Losses then go to Returned/Lost/Missing on the main menu.
  • Click on the "edit icon" next to returned/missing/damaged product
  • This will take you to the Returned, Damaged, or Missing Products page.


Once on the Returned, Damaged, or Missing Products page, you can modify the following fields:

  • Product name
  • Selling Price
  • Quantity returned
  • Date sold
  • Date returned
  • Returned by
  • Product state

Click on the blue button to update your entry.
