How to Edit an Expense

To update or correct an existing expense record:

  1. Go to the Expense Overview table and locate the specific expense you want to edit.

  2. Click on the three vertical dotted lines (more options) next to the expense entry.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select “Edit.”

  4. The expense form will open, pre-filled with the existing details.

  5. Make the necessary changes to any of the following fields:

    • Description

    • Business Type

    • Expense Sub-channel

    • Amount

    • Date

  6. Click the “Update Expense” button to save your changes.
